Job summary

c1.ai seeks a Group Product Manager to define the future of identity security. You will own major areas of the platform, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and customers to uncover problems worth solving and deliver measurable value.

This high-ownership role drives products from discovery through launch and iteration, balancing customer needs, technical complexity, and business priorities. AI will be a core part of the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience shipping successful B2B SaaS products.
• Experience using AI tools as part of your daily product workflow.
• Exceptional customer empathy and a passion for understanding workflows and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for key areas of the platform.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to take products from concept to launch.
• Talk to customers constantly to identify opportunities with meaningful business impact.
• Establish clear product goals and success metrics, and iterate based on feedback.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
• Build with AI across the development lifecycle to shape AI-powered capabilities.
