Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Asset Management/Investment Management/Wealth Management or Financial Services background.
• Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle and operations.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation projects.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Governance, risk, issue, and dependency management experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, operations, data teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate executive updates, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support testing, operational readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Drive alignment across multiple business functions and maintain project momentum.
