Job summary

Evolution Security is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electronic security installation projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience in security projects, familiarity with Gallagher/Genetec/Software House systems, and proficiency with MS Project and MS 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience with a cross section of projects.
• Experience with electronic security systems such as Gallagher, Software House, Genea, or Genetec preferred.
• Proficient in creating and managing programs of works using MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through completion and client handover.
• Develop and oversee project plans, programmes of work, and installation schedules.
• Review project specifications, contracts, and technical requirements to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Direct installation engineers and subcontractors for safe, efficient completion.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
