Job summary

Diversified is seeking an Electronic Security Installation Superintendent for Southern Virginia. You will lead on-site installation activities on complex ESS projects, coordinating with PMs, engineers, and field crews to ensure timely and quality delivery.

You will interpret drawings, manage BOMs, and mentor technicians, with frequent travel to client sites. A strong background in access control and CCTV systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience, including admin tasks.
• Must understand access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Strong ability to review drawings, BOMs, and job specs.
• Ability to coordinate multi-site projects and manage schedules.
• Experience with JHAs/JHAs, RFIs, and redlines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single onsite point of contact for client.
• Track hours for subcontractors and internal crew.
• Lead multiple installation superintendents on large projects.
• Review BOM at job start and verify material needs.
• Communicate scope and schedule to PM and team.
• Maintain schedule and adherence to DIV28 quality standards.
• Document milestones, issues, and risks weekly.
• Delegate tasks and manage field technicians and subcontractors.
