Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Project Manager on our Engineering team in the United States. You will lead advisory, engineering, EP, and EPC projects focused on high-voltage substations, transmission lines, renewable energy, and large load industrial facilities, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Electrical or Civil) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in utility-scale electrical projects or related technical area.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and renewable energy.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project controls software (MS Project or Primavera P6).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects across substation design, transmission, renewable energy interconnections, and large load facilities.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure schedules are met.
• Manage project scope, budget, scheduling, and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Support procurement and construction activities, including managing site teams and vendor quotes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project control standards and processes.
