Job summary

Superior, in Port Washington, Wisconsin, seeks a Construction Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects. You will manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to drive project completion.

Based on the jobsite in Port Washington, this role offers relocation support for mid- and senior-level candidates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bonus points for construction management or related degrees or certificates.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, or negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Experience with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and provide clear communication to team members, vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate project risk and escalate issues with leadership.
• Maintain client relationships and ensures timely communication and collaboration.
• Oversee project finance: billings, setup, buy-out, cost control, change orders, cost-to-complete.
• Ensure compliance with full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings and provide progress updates with customers.
• Coordinate materials and cross-departmental needs to keep projects in place.
• Own contract scope and negotiate changes as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of safety on the jobsite.
