Job summary

Continental Electrical Construction Co. in Port Washington, Wisconsin, seeks a Project Manager to lead electrical construction efforts on a local jobsite.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure progress and on-time completion. The role requires at least 4 years of project operations or PM experience in commercial construction; a related degree or CM certificate is a bonus, with familiarity in design-build, hard bid, and negotiated

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project operations/PM experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor’s degree or CM certificate is a bonus
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects $5M–$50M
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software and processes
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk and escalate issues with leadership
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout
• Manage project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders
• Build client trust through proactive communication and collaboration
• Chair project meetings and coordinate with customers and teams
• Ensure materials are available and projects progress safely and on schedule
