Job summary

Liftoff is building a new ecommerce advertising platform and seeks a senior Product Manager to own it from zero to one. You will shape strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and own the business case, experimentation roadmap, and attribution architecture, partnering with engineering, ML, and go-to-market teams to deliver from beta to GA.

In this largely individual-contributor role, you will represent Liftoff with customers and partners, set milestones, and drive success metrics while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in performance advertising (DSP, retargeting, measurement/MMP, or ad network ecommerce).
• Experience taking a product from beta to GA with data-driven decisions.
• Experience in 0-to-1 incubation: pilots, hands-on customer management, go/no-go criteria.
• Demonstrated ML experimentation experience with confidence intervals and design critique.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority across engineering, ML, GTM, sales, finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and business case with quarterly goals and success metrics.
• Own unit economics and launch readiness decisions (traffic, funnel, metrics).
• Define scope limits; prioritize features and roadmap decisions.
• Partner with GTM, sales, and account teams to define ICPs and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead ML experimentation roadmap and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Own identity, attribution, and platform integrations with privacy considerations.
• Lead end-to-end ecommerce platform integration: pixels, server-side delivery, attribution.
