PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex drilling construction projects across the region. The role oversees planning through closeout, with travel to project sites as required and 50%–75% travel.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of project management or construction management experience.
• PMP certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage drilling/construction projects end-to-end from planning to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost controls across multiple projects.
• Coordinate field logistics, subcontractors, and material procurement.
• Develop basis of schedules and manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold zero-injury safety culture.
• Communicate with clients, engineering, and field teams to resolve on-site bottlenecks.
