PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead drilling construction projects across the region from Denver, CO with 50%–75% travel. You will oversee planning, budgeting, construction, and client satisfaction, guiding multiple PMs and ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in project management, drilling or heavy civil background, PMP—or willingness to obtain—and proficiency with Primavera P6, JD Edwards, Hubble, EcoSys,

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in project or construction management or project controls.
• Thorough knowledge of project controls, budgeting, schedules, and safety.
• PMP certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall project lifecycles for drilling/foundation projects and related works.
• Manage field logistics, including equipment mobilization, material procurement, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules, milestones, and closeout processes.
