PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex drilling construction projects regionally. You will oversee planning, budgeting, construction, closeout, and client satisfaction, with guidance to multiple PMs.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and proven experience managing utility-scale projects safely, on time, and within budget. Regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in construction science/management/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years project management or construction management experience.
• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full project lifecycles for drilling/construction projects.
• Manage field logistics, scheduling, and budgeting across multiple sites.
• Lead project meetings and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
