PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex drilling construction projects across the region. Based in Columbus, OH, you will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

You will manage multiple PMs, coordinate with safety and field teams, and ensure high quality documentation. Travel 50–75% is required; PMP is expected within 60 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in project management or construction management.
• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate drilling/foundation project lifecycles and related regional work.
• Manage field logistics, equipment mobilization, subcontractor activities and multi-task prioritization.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize baseline schedules, milestones, and closeout processes.
• Oversee cost accounting including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure budget control.
• Prepare and manage project documentation: RFIs, change orders, submittals, daily reports.
