77 consultants is seeking a Project Manager with geotechnical and heavy civil expertise to oversee complex projects from estimation through closeout. You will coordinate field teams, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver on time, within budget, and to spec.

The role requires strong financial management, risk mitigation, and clear communication across multiple stakeholders in a demanding construction environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Strong command of estimating, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and managing project financials.
• Superior communication skills to effectively engage with field crews, superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Lead geotechnical construction projects through all phases, from estimation and preconstruction to execution and closeout.
• Prepare, review, and finalize estimates, proposals, scopes of work, and bid packages.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, quality, and cost benchmarks.
• Proactively identify project risks and address evolving site conditions, design complexities, and operational challenges.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and internal teams on design-build initiatives.
• Review deliverables against established contracts, drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Manage change orders, subcontractor costs, material expenditures, and overall project financial health.
• Facilitate internal project meetings and engage in client-facing project discussions.
• Champion jobsite safety initiatives and mitigate project-specific risks.
• Identify operational efficiencies and disseminate lessons learned across project teams.
