Job summary

Nordstrom Made is seeking a Program Manager 2 for Designer Operations in Seattle. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the Nordstrom Seattle office a minimum of 4 days/week.

You will drive operational transformation, lead cross-functional teams, and advocate for the organization’s evolving design processes to deliver beautiful product to customers. The role emphasizes collaboration with Design leadership, establishing efficient calendars, and delivering results under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel product design experience.
• 3+ years of successful project delivery.
• 3+ years of project/program management or process evolution.
• 1+ year of FlexPLM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational transformation and execution excellence as part of Nordstrom Made’s key strategic initiatives.
• Use design and development knowledge to drive process improvements and calendar efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and design execution.
• Collaborate with Design leadership and teams to optimize systems and processes.
• Communicate complex problems clearly to leadership and propose solutions.
• Create structure and prioritization across multiple projects.
