Job summary

Nordstrom Made seeks a Program Manager 2, Designer Operations, to sustain and evolve the design organization. You will lead cross-functional teams through transformation, advocate for the team, and drive efficient design execution to deliver beautiful products to customers.

In this hybrid Seattle-based role, you will collaborate with design leadership, manage complex calendars, and champion process improvements to support fast-paced initiatives across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product design.
• 3+ years of experience in successful project delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in project/program management and/or process evolution preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with FlexPLM, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational transformation and execution excellence within Nordstrom Made.
• Drive foundational process improvements and help leadership understand calendar and process efficiencies by function.
• Identify opportunities for greater efficiency, documented processes, and better design execution.
• Collaborate with Design leadership to optimize system and process utilization.
• Manage ambiguity by creating structure and prioritization across multiple projects.
