Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large, complex capital projects and defense programs.
• Experience with $100M+ annual budgets in defense manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of ITAR, DFARS, and FAR regulations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of defense capital projects and manufacturing programs.
• Own program performance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Manage programs with $100M+ annual budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Develop plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and finance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to program staff.
• Ensure resources and supplier support meet objectives.
• Prepare executive briefings and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Direct proposals, budgets, and contract terms.
