Continental Electronics Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex technical, manufacturing, and government programs from award through delivery. You will serve as the primary customer-facing program leader, coordinating with customers, internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and executive leadership to ensure contract requirements are understood and commitments met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of a program organization addressing customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between CEC, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage complex technical, manufacturing, and government programs from award through closeout.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
