You will manage project execution, financial controls, and relationships with clients and subcontractors while ensuring adherence to high operational standards.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in project management, leading large teams through every phase of construction. A proven record of delivering sophisticated projects effectively within budget and schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management as a general contractor.
• 3-5 years managing large complex projects, especially in Defense, Light, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team responsible for construction management tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of Shawmut financial processes and reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
