Job summary

JMJ Phillip Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development programs for government customers. You will partner with cross-functional engineering teams to meet contractual milestones and stay within scope.

The role emphasizes managing integrated schedules, coordinating software, systems, QA, and documentation, and presenting status to leadership and government stakeholders. A Secret clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience supporting defense, aerospace, or government programs.
  • Experience with government contracting processes and terminology, including CDRLs, DIDs, CtF, ATO, STIG, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional engineering teams in Agile development environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira and/or comparable Agile project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical program status to diverse audiences.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance, eligibility for a Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
