Job summary

Anduril Industries in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the growth of our real-estate footprint, including offices, factories, and secure spaces. You will oversee preconstruction, budgeting, contracting, and cross-functional coordination with Security, Network Engineering, Facilities, and Legal.

You bring 10+ years in construction management, deep knowledge of MEP, codes, and a track record of delivering large programs on time and on budget.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
Extreme orderliness in document control.
Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of construction means, methods, MEP, and building codes.
Willingness to travel 25–50% (international travel included).
U.S. Person due to export controlled information.

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction, design, and early-stage budgeting for multiple projects.
Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects.
Structure contracts and contracting strategies to align incentives and reduce disputes.
Act as primary point of contact with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Security, Facilities, and Legal.
Monitor progress and report to senior executives.
