Job summary

National General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects, from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality across complex facilities.

Ideal candidates bring data center, mission-critical experience and a track record with GC or subcontractors. Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

• Ensure family of projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover and early operational readiness.
• Coordinate large multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
