Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Experience Platform (CXP). You will partner with Architects and Engineers, define strategy, and shape a scalable enterprise platform across Cox brands.

You will track trends, interact with customers, and drive backlog priority, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans while leading agile ceremonies and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field with 4 years of product management experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Rally or Jira.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and success metrics with architectural teams and engineers.
• Track market trends and competitive offerings to inform strategy.
• Interact with customers to steer product direction and goals.
• Collaborate with multiple Agile teams to develop and launch platform components.
• Use AI to create Epics and discovery specs across the full lifecycle.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap and backlog at epic and feature levels.
