Job summary

Cox Automotive in Austin seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Experience Platform to define product vision, collaborate with architects and engineers, and deliver scalable services across Cox Auto brands.

You will work across business units to align roadmaps, drive AI-enabled discovery, and ensure secure, highly available platforms while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline and 4 years' product manager/product owner experience in a software development organization, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) required, including working competency with Agile tracking tools like Rally or Jira.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and objective measures of success and oversee product designs, enhancements, and quality with Architects and Software Engineering.
• Track market trends and competitive offerings.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer goals.
• Collaborate with multiple Agile product development teams responsible for developing and launching platform applications and components.
• Use AI to create Epics and discovery specs for the full product lifecycle from research and design through development and launch.
