Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Experience Platform (CXP) team. This role focuses on shared services that support Cox Automotive brands like AutoTrader, Dealer.com, and Kelley Blue Book, driving an enterprise-wide impact across multiple units.

You will define product vision, monitor market trends, and collaborate with architects and software engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions across multiple applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of product manager/product owner experience in software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tools like Jira/Rally.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Ability to handle time pressure and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and success metrics with Director of Product Management.
• Track market trends and analyze competitive offerings to shape roadmap.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to align capabilities with market needs.
• Collaborate with multiple Agile teams to develop and launch platform applications.
• Lead go-to-market coordination with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Ops.
• Prioritize backlog and manage dependencies across teams and releases.
• Ensure security, performance, and high availability of products and services.
