Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Experience Platform (CXP). You will define product vision, drive roadmaps, and collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and customers to deliver shared services across Cox Auto brands.

You will work with multiple agile teams, emphasize security and scalability, and coordinate go-to-market activities with various departments to ensure cohesive product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 4 years' product manager/product owner experience in a software development organization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira or Rally.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making and prioritization.
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and measurable success criteria with leadership.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to design, enhance and deliver platforms.
• Engage with customers to align capabilities with market needs.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams to develop and launch platform components.
• Use AI to create Epics and discovery specs across the lifecycle.
• Prioritize roadmaps and backlogs with stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure security, performance, and availability in collaboration with teams.
• Lead go-to-market alignment with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Ops, Support.
