Cox Automotive seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Experience Platform (CXP) product team. You will define product vision, work with architects and engineers, and drive initiatives across Cox Automotive brands.

You will interact with customers, analyze market trends, and guide multiple Agile teams to build secure, scalable, and integrated services. This role emphasizes collaboration, AI-driven discovery, and prioritization across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field with 4+ years PM experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira/Rally.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Data-driven decision making and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and success metrics with Architects and Software Engineers.
• Track market trends and competitive offerings.
• Interact with customers to drive product direction and goals.
• Collaborate with multiple Agile teams to develop platform components.
• Use AI to create Epics and discovery specs across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate roadmaps and backlogs across teams and domains.
• Manage customer-reported bugs and feature requests.
