Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Experience Platform (CXP) team in the US. You will help define the product vision, drive roadmaps, and work with Architects, Engineering, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable services across Cox Auto brands including AutoTrader and Kelley Blue Book.

You will interface with leaders across business units, balance customer needs with strategic goals, and use AI to support discovery and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline and 4 years' product manager/product owner experience in a software development organization, or a related field.
• The right candidate may have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) required, including working competency with Agile tracking tools like Rally or Jira.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills required.
• Demonstrated usage of data to inform product management decisions and prioritization.
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and objectives with the Director of Product Management and oversee designs and quality with Architects and Engineering.
• Track market trends and competitive offerings.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders to guide product direction and roadmap.
• Collaborate with multiple Agile teams to develop and launch platform components.
• Lead go-to-market coordination with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Support.
• Triage customer-reported issues and prioritize enhancements.
• Ensure security, performance, and availability with Architects and Operations.
