Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Experience Platform (CXP) to define product vision, measure success, and partner with Architecture and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable services across Cox brands.

You will interact with leaders across Cox Automotive, drive a prioritized roadmap, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Support to coordinate go-to-market and release planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline and 4 years' product manager/product owner experience in a software development organization.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and objective measures of success with Architects and Engineering.
• Track market trends and competitive offerings.
• Interact with customers to drive product direction.
• Collaborate with multiple Agile teams on platform components.
• Use AI to create Epics and discovery specs across the lifecycle.
• Prioritize roadmap and backlog with stakeholders across teams.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Support.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
