Job summary

JCM Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical and plumbing construction in the DC metro region. You will own delivery from buyout through closeout, with accountability for schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will guide PMs and APMs, coordinate with field leadership, oversee BIM and prefabrication, and manage procurement and commissioning. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with strong growth potential and a clear path to

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of project management experience on mechanical and/or plumbing systems in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience leading large or complex MEP projects with full ownership of budgets and schedules.
• Proven ability to mentor PMs, APMs, and PEs and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or complex projects from buyout through closeout with full accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Direct PMs, APMs, and PEs across a portfolio and set performance standards for the team.
• Own project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, and change orders.
• Oversee procurement, equipment strategy, BIM coordination, and field execution to ensure on-time delivery.
