Job summary

JCM Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical and plumbing construction projects across MD, VA, and DC. The role requires full ownership from buyout to closeout, with on-site leadership and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical and/or plumbing construction.
• Experience leading large, complex projects in DC Metro area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project buyout, scope packages, vendor selection, purchase orders and subcontract awards.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, design changes, and change orders with full technical ownership.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost-to-complete tracking.
• Coordinate BIM coordination and prefabrication processes with field teams.
• Maintain on-site leadership and oversight throughout active phases and turnover.
