Job summary

JCM Associates, Inc. is a family-owned mechanical and plumbing contractor seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of commercial projects across MD, VA, and DC.

You will work directly with a Project Manager and field Foreman, own deliverables, and be developed toward a PM role on active sites. We offer a clear career path, mentor-ship from day one, and exposure to high-value data center, hospital, and federal facility projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in mechanical/plumbing PM or PM-adjacent role.
• Field/trade background advantageous for transition into PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals, RFIs, and document control.
• Coordinate equipment tracking and procurement.
• Support planning, scheduling, and closeout activities.
• Assist with BIM coordination and fabrication schedules.
