Job summary

Digital People seeks a Project Manager III to lead communications and change management initiatives for a global pharmaceutical client. You will partner with experts across functions to develop plans, support organizational change, and coordinate employee engagement and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 9+ years experience in communications, change management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and proactive thinking.
• Awareness of cultural nuances in a global environment.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Ability to influence cross-divisional teams globally.
• Experience developing change management strategies for IT or business initiatives.
• Supervisory or leadership experience managing people or multiple projects.
• Preferred: project planning/management experience with technology components.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications and change management strategies and activities, including program design, alignment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver communications aligned with goals and priorities.
• Prepare and distribute employee-wide emails and newsletters, managing calendars and timing.
• Lead and support the employee advisory group, including agendas and communication of outcomes to leadership.
• Develop comprehensive communication plans for multiple audiences with stakeholder analyses and channels.
• Provide executive communications support, including presentations, talking points, video scripts, and leadership messaging.
• Support structured change management methodologies and plans to achieve results.
• Develop and optimize programs that support communication and change strategies.
• Align training and change activities with objectives and oversee design, development, and delivery of communications.
• Assess change impacts, conduct analyses, and manage stakeholder engagement.
