Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III for a 1-year assignment based in Lake County, IL. The role combines onsite and remote work with a hybrid schedule (office T/W/Th; remote Mon/Fri).

You will lead communications and change management initiatives across the business. You will partner with subject matter experts, design and deliver organizational communications, manage calendars, prepare executive materials, and support employee advisory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
• 9+ years of communications/change management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; awareness of emerging trends.
• Ability to work in a global, matrix environment.
• Experience with change management in complex business/tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of communications and change management strategies and activities.
• Partner with SMEs to design and deliver communications for organizational needs.
• Prepare and send all-employee emails/newsletters; manage communications calendar.
• Support and lead the employee advisory group; build agendas and facilitate meetings.
• Develop stakeholder analyses and change impact tracking across audiences.
• Provide executive communications support to VP CS and leadership; create presentations and talking points.
• Assist in creating structured change management methodologies and plans.
• Build programs aligning with objectives and training and change management tactics.
