Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Communications & Change Management Manager for a global pharmaceutical client. Hybrid in Mettawa, IL, with potential for remote work for the right candidate; hourly pay range $81-$86.50 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include leading change management strategies, coordinating executive communications, and partnering with subject matter experts to align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in PR, marketing, communications or related field.
• 9+ years of communications, change management and/or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate company and team needs.
• Sensitivity to cultural nuances; proven ability to work globally.
• Experience in a complex, matrix environment.
• Proven ability to influence multi-divisional and multi-functional teams.
• Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Supervisory/leadership experience managing people or multiple projects.
• Project planning/management experience with tech-driven initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of communications and change management strategies and activities from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver communications aligned with CS initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Prepare and send all-employee emails/newsletters and manage the communications calendar.
• Provide Executive Communications support including presentations, scripts and logistics for key meetings.
• Develop and execute structured change management methodologies and programs.
• Build and optimize programs that support change strategies and training alignment with client objectives.
• Develop communications plans across audiences and conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments.
• Support leadership with executive communications, including strategy and messaging.
