Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience with PM/senior PM roles.
• Hands-on in office tenant-improvement projects; GC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change management, scheduling, budgeting, and job-cost control.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Monday.com; solid Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction, planning, and bid process including subcontractor bids.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; track costs.
• Lead meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and docs.
• Coordinate with owner, architects, engineers, and subs; ensure safety.
• Drive closeout: punch lists, warranties, as-builts.
