Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and financials.
• Experience with subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations.
• Strong change order and cost-control experience.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices.
