Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own commercial office projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Bay Area. You’ll typically manage 3–6 concurrent projects with budgets from $200k to $10M, acting as the client’s primary contact for budget, schedule, quality, safety, and delivery.

You will collaborate with superintendents, estimators, architects, engineers, subcontractors, property managers, building owners, and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including PM or senior engineer roles.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning, bids, and procurement activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance with Cal/OSHA and local codes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and building managers.
• Drive closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.
