Hoxton Circle, a California-based construction firm specializing in commercial tenant improvements, seeks a Project Manager to own multiple office projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client communication while coordinating with superintendents, estimators, architects, engineers, and clients.

You will manage 3–6 projects ranging from $200k to $10M, ensuring value, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager or senior Project Engineer.
• Hands-on experience managing commercial office or tenant-improvement projects.
• Strong command of contracts, change management, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and job-cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com, and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preconstruction and planning, including scope review and value engineering.
• Solicit and review subcontractor bids and manage subcontractor awards.
• Write and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Build and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate permitting and inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings and track decisions.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.
• Track costs, forecast cost to complete, and prepare monthly payment applications.
• Coordinate tenant IT/AV, furniture, access, and move-in dates.
