Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own and scale the coding portfolio, including RL environments and evaluation suites.

You will define strategy, roadmap, and operational excellence across coding data products, collaborating with AI researchers, engineers, and GTM teams to convert benchmark credibility into durable revenue. You will work with frontier labs and enterprise customers to align product bets with model capabilities, ensuring scalable, high‑quality data products

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in product management or related roles.
• Strong technical depth in software engineering and code reading.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, operations, and GTM teams.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product strategy.
• Familiarity with AI research processes and code benchmarks is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth and revenue focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Coding portfolio across tasks and environments.
• Extend SWE-Bench Pro and SWE Atlas, turning benchmark authority into revenue.
• Align AI-PM, ML, Eng, Ops, and GTM stakeholders around coding initiatives.
• Prioritize and operationalize new coding product proposals for market fit.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch, scale, and sunset.
• Collaborate with researchers and senior engineers on task specs and quality bars.
• Drive coding infrastructure roadmap: containers, sandboxes, and tooling.
• Establish governance for data quality, leakage prevention, and IP hygiene.
• Grow expert contributor networks across languages and seniorities.
• Foster external partnerships and joint releases in the coding ecosystem.
• Engage with frontier labs and customers to gather feedback and guide investments.
• Track adoption, usage, and business outcomes to steer roadmap decisions.
• Identify new coding capabilities to strengthen leadership and revenue.
• Support GTM with thought leadership, launches, and partnerships.
