Atwell, LLC, a leading engineering and land development firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact residential and commercial land development projects. You will drive design, permitting, and site planning initiatives while mentoring a diverse team to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll oversee QA/QC, coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders, and manage project schedules, budgets, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of land development experience (Residential/Commercial).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff on land development projects.
• Review site plans, drainage, grading, and due diligence reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design review and compliance.
• Oversee QA/QC to meet engineering standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Teams to track status.
