Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Ability to advocate for diverse customers and stakeholders during prioritization at the executive level.

Responsabilités

• Identify and influence prioritization of scalable checkout solutions to keep the experience efficient, secure, and accessible for Retail customers worldwide.
• Partner with UX designers and Engineering teams to define product vision and roadmap, champion customer experience, and drive experimentation and metrics.
• Collaborate with hundreds of partner teams across the purchase experience to align with Amazon-wide priorities.
• Own mechanisms or goals that improve team efficiency and accelerate customer value.
