Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager-Technical for the Customer Purchase Journey (CPJ) team. You will own both front-end and back-end product areas, driving the end-to-end vision across multiple high-visibility domains like search, buy box, delivery promises, and checkout for varied customer experiences.

You will work with hundreds of partner teams, balance large-scale data processing and ML with immediate customer needs, and define metrics to measure journey success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
• Experience in technical product management.

Responsabilités

• Be the voice of the customer and drive end-to-end vision across product areas.
• Define and improve metrics to measure customer experience and progress toward goals.
• Influence engineering partners to align architecture with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Delivery Experience, Prime, Fulfillment, Offers, Search, Ads, Customer Service to deliver on your roadmap.
