Paddle is seeking an exceptional Staff Product Manager to lead our flagship Checkout experience—the most strategically critical, highest-visibility product surface at the company. Every dollar our customers earn flows through Checkout, a massive-scale engine processing $180M+ in monthly payments across 10,000+ sellers.

You will own Checkout end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, performance, and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end product initiatives at scale.
• Strong data fluency and ability to define metrics.
• Payments or fintech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Checkout strategy and roadmap, translating market needs into a defended plan.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with engineering and design, setting high delivery standards.
• Own KPIs and drive hypotheses with data, including experiments and analytics.
• Align Exco, Sales, and customers around the Checkout strategy and priorities.
• Oversee GTM and customer proximity, shaping the customer-centric culture.
