Job summary

GSquared Group in Atlanta is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Project Manager with strong expertise in managing complex technology and business initiatives and a working knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM). You will lead projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology or business transformation.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong experience integrating change management activities into project plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and action items.
• Facilitate status meetings and steerhead reviews with stakeholders.
• Track progress and provide regular executive reporting on project status.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and SMEs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
