Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking two Project Managers to join the PMCM Team in Atlanta, GA. You will guide capital projects from planning through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and serving as the client contact throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years of experience with at least 4 in project management, and the ability to travel as needed. MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or related field required; or equivalent experience/licensure.
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience with at least 4 years in project management.
• Experience managing client relationships and interpreting contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from planning through closeout with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact and proactively resolve project challenges.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies with technical teams.
• Manage project financials, contracts, subcontractors, and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and implement project controls, quality processes, and safety requirements.
• Support proposal development and identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
