Job summary

Aderant is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Business Operations team in a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Business Systems, IT, and Security, driving planning through execution with a focus on governance and security standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience, knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methods, and prefers PMP or Scrum certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing IT, security, and business-system projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• PMP or Scrum/Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for initiatives across Business Systems, IT, and Security.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Operations, IT, Security, CloudOps, Finance, HR and external vendors.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and ELT communications.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across project management practices.
• Manage change control processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools.
