Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead discovery and strategy for the IFS Copperleaf Asset Investment Planning platform, serving 140+ enterprise utilities and asset-intensive industries globally. You will bridge customer insight and product strategy, with 25% travel to engage customers across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience with customer discovery and co-creation.
• Strong collaboration with Design and UX teams.
• Understanding of regulated, asset-intensive industries.
• Comfort with long enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder complexity.
• Willingness to travel 25%.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery across 140+ enterprise accounts.
• Understand workflows, regulatory constraints, capital planning processes.
• Travel 25% to engage with customers.
• Validate solutions and translate to product roadmap.
• Engage with regional/global user summits and events.
