Job summary

SEnergy seeks a PMO Manager to lead project management across Electrical Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects. The role requires 15 years in PM with at least 5 in the electric utility industry, plus travel to project sites from its Boerne, TX office.

You will oversee methodologies, client liaison, and continuous improvement of project delivery. Expect robust collaboration with Directors and senior managers and a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• 15 years of Project Management experience with 5 years leading technical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve project management frameworks, tools, and templates for consistent delivery across divisions.
• Oversee planning, execution, and closing to ensure on-time, within scope, within budget projects focused on profitability.
• Lead monthly meetings with Directors, Principals, and PMs to ensure consistency and address issues.
• Collaborate with Directors/Principals to develop proposal cost estimates and timelines for Client submissions.
• Train and mentor new PMs and Project Coordinators across the organization.
