Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Biometric Authentication, steering strategy, roadmap, and execution across ML, engineering and design. You will be empowered to operate autonomously, partnering with sales and GTM to improve revenue, adoption, and conversion in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
• Background in authentication, security, or identity.
• Ability to program is a plus; you should be able to query, debug and do root-cause analysis independently.
• Experience thriving in scale-up environments with high ambiguity and fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end for Biometric Authentication, including strategy, roadmap, and execution across ML, engineering, and design.
• Own a commercial metric (revenue, adoption, or conversion) and drive research and process changes with sales and GTM.
• Make decisions at scale by weighing cost, conversion, and latency against live enterprise contracts.
• Turn enterprise customer feedback into a prioritized, defensible roadmap.
• Own competitive positioning and pricing based on real unit economics.
• Operate with high agency and deliver high-impact work within ~60 days.
