Job summary

Veriff seeks a Senior Product Manager to own Biometric Authentication, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution with ML, engineering, and design. You will steer a cross-functional squad and focus on revenue, adoption, and conversion metrics in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

You’ll work autonomously, ship fast, and shape packaging and pricing based on real unit economics while collaborating with sales and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• A technical background and fluency with technical systems including distributed transactional systems, ML, metrics, COGS, and SDK delivery.
• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or marketplace products.
• Experience in authentication, security, or identity.
• Ability to analyze and debug independently; programming knowledge a plus.
• Experience thriving in a scale-up with high ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own Biometric Authentication end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution with ML, engineering, and design.
• Own a commercial metric: diagnose gaps and drive customer research and process changes with sales and GTM.
• Make decisions at scale about cost, conversion, and latency under live production conditions.
• Run a tight customer-feedback loop and turn input into a prioritized roadmap.
• Own competitive positioning and pricing grounded in real unit economics.
• Operate with high agency and start delivering high-impact work within ~60 days.
